Under section 18.066 of the Texas Election Code, I request the following:

Montgomery County voter registration list — all precincts, active +
suspense + cancelled, with voting history.

I understand this data is furnished at cost under 18.066(c) and that the
statute fixes what may be charged. Please send a written cost statement before
producing it.

I acknowledge the restriction in Election Code 13.004 on the use of certain
information, and that voter registration data may not be used for commercial
purposes. This request is not for a commercial purpose.

Please provide the data in a delimited electronic file with a record layout,
not as a printed roll or a PDF.
